Are you talking about the small piece of rubber hose on the injectors?  These
can be replaced with 7mm high pressure hose no problem.  I have a kit to
replace all of the fuel lines in the engine compartment, which includes
German hose, and stainless Swedish clamps, and instructions for $53.  That
way your leak worries will be over.
