having lots of trouble finding first gear. linkage seems to let me go into reverse much easier. and also trouble shifting into second. not fluid. not easy. gear sometimes gets stuck in NO GEAR and i have to work hard to get it unstuck and out.

any suggestions on trans forks, synchros, clutch, linkage from gear shift back to trans/?/
