Subject:Vanagon Syndrome Harness

I was told by several VW authorities, including VWoA, that the harness to
repair the "Vanagon Syndrome" was a digifant only item.  Is this not true?
David Bierl sent me a rather terse response that he believed otherwise.
Usually David is on the mark.   The VW bulletin clearly states Digifant
only.  What gives?
