I can't reccomend anyone really, but I can tell you one to stay away from:
Hayman Motors.
These guys are convicted fraud artists.  My personal experience with them was terrible.
$300 to fix my gas heater and it still did not work.  I spent ten minutes
fiddling with the fuel pressure and got it running the next day.  It worked
that way for four years.
Stay away if you value your van...
