Bill-Thanks for your reply. The thermostat works in the 110 mode so I can't
make that connection. It seems that if it works for one it should work for
the other.  I've had no experience with this problem and if you know how I
can troubleshoot the thermostat without just replacing it I'd sure appreciate
it. Thanks!
