I just got back from a trip and the alternator went.
I replaced the alternator but the battery light on the
dash stays on in park or neutral.  In Drive, 1st or
2nd, the light goes out.  My van is an automatic and I
was wondering if anyone every had this problem before?
I just bought a new battery too, so I ruled that out,
and the it doesn't start in gear, ruling out the
neutral safety switch.  Thanks in advance for any help
from the list!!!!
