The speedometer in my '90 Westie started failing intermittently last week.
Won't work for a few minutes... then will come to life for a few minutes.
Where should I start troubleshooting?  Is there a particular problem of
which this is indicative?  Doesn't seem to be related to speed or
temperature, nor does it seem to be a problem that improves as the van has
been running longer.
