Before I start the exhust job, would like to have all that's needed on
hand.

1/  What size nuts & bolts and head studs?

2/  Washers - flat, lock, or star?

3/  Bentley shows a 'doughnut' shaped gasket after the exhust header.
    Suppliers only show a 'flat' gasket. Is this a dealer only item?
