Help, my 1987 sychro westphalia has 20 lbs. in the number 2 cylinder.
So far I have checked Redding VW (4500.00 plus with a clutch) and Reno
(4000.00 with the works, .)  I probably need a new exhaust system, which
is not included in either deal.  I am leary because I love the vehicle
and I don't want someone to screw it up.  It also may need the steel
left side coolant pipe, as a thick rust flake occurred near the
exhaust.  I want a fair price, a good warrantee, and the work done right
the first time as close to central CA as possible.   I will drive
