marie, i would say don't worry about it.

just go through the tunnel..
if you are doubtful, you can take 695 east around the
city and hook back up with 95 south on the south side
of baltimore.

depending on what time of day you travel, it might
take the same time to go through the tunnel as it
would to go around the beltway.
