    Don't know Valle Shell but this is a very straight forward job. The $400
quote sound about right.  Just make sure you get good quality parts in there
and that the flywheel is in good shape.  Maybe it should be resurfaced.  I
hope I'm not to late with this info but just got around to checking all the
