Don't forget how much you SAVE over retail.. It is worth the occasional
hassle. Although it shouldn't happen, one cant help it sometimes. RON isn't
some corporate conglomerate factory that doesn't give a s*#$ who you are.
He's just a Guy providing a good service and saving you lots of dough.. Give
it a break!
