Auto body supply shops. It's pricey so if you don't need much, POR-15 comes in a
'starter' kit, which contains latex gloves, two paint brushes, instructions and
a 113ml. can each of POR-15 and Metal-Ready. Metal-Ready is the metal primer for
POR-15. Cost? I think I paid about $16 CDN.
