Rawls, at my son't tint shop he uses a razor blade mounted in a little scraper and Johnsons baby shampoo to soften the glue and provide a lubricant for the razor blade so it won't scratch the glass. Then its a matter of diligence. Mix a two or three table spoons of shampoo with a quart of water., Put in a sprayer bottle....the type you can get at Lowe's or Home Depot. Peel back what you can, and spray. The shampoo/water mix will help soften, but there will be much scraping. Be careful, I learned the hard way that though glass is relatively hard, it can be scratched. You hve to get the blade down at the right bevel. If you are careful sometimes slicing motions can help, but mostly plan to push straight with the blade, using plenty of shampoo/water. Good Luck. John Rodgers 88GL Driver with recent tint....hope I don't have to scrape anytime soon. Rawls Moore wrote: > The tint on my bus is bubbling up and I am in the process of trying to get > it off.
