I compared my H&R springs with a fellow list members new Bus Depot springs.
I have pics comparing the two vans.

The Bus Depot springs lower the front of the van to almost the same height.
(about the same as the stock wolfsburg springs)
H&R was 1/2" lower. (This could change as the Bus depot springs were new.)

The rear were a lot higher than the H&R springs @2".

The BD springs are also softer than the H&R springs.
