Does this difference (DOT vs. ASME) mean I can legally go through tunnels
that have the  propane bottles marked as a "HAZMAT"?  I have gone through
the Baltimore Harbor tunnels many times.  Do they mean loose bottles like
BBQ tanks hung on trailers?  What about Coleman bottles?
