> a quick question, How do I get to the base of the antenna to replace it, mine broke off and I have no clue how to get to replace it. Bentley and hayes offers no clues. > Access the retainer nut by removing the front grill... remove the cable plug from the rear of the radio (remove ash tray for access... to remove radio... notice four holes in radio face plate, one at each corner... get tool to remove at FLAPS or audio radio dept of shop that sells them or make your own tool by bending two 8" pieces of coat hanger into 2 U shapes, insert tools and work left and right until radio face plate releases)... but before pulling it out attach a strong string or wire to the cable.... pull the cable out with the string trailing along... pull cable of new antenna into place with the string.. (may need to remove the instrument cluster cover to get access to help guide through the maze of wires and stuff behind the dash... Bill
