Just returned from by biweekly junkyard tour. To my surprise, at the local
Pick-a-Part do it yourself yard (1201 Pendleton Street, Sun Valley, CA 91352
- just north of Burbank) there are two diesel vanagons. The heads have been
stripped and one is missing the transmission. Both have the diesel oil pan,
filler tube, oil cooler, engine mounts, engine carrier and the manifolds.
Just a heads up if anyone is interested.
