In researching this case (and obviously you had more references
available than I) did you come across any other cases alleging
similiar liability against Hydroflame?  My curiousity is piqued
because one personal lawsuit does not make an inferior product.

And you are correct.  I am not a lawyer, nor do I play on on TV. ;o)
When I have had occasion to need one, I try to employ the best
available in the field.
