I am a newbie here and I have a question regarding correct oil levels. The dip stick in my '83 air cooled Westy has 2 notches on it. When I added oil to bring the level up to the 2nd notch it appeared that I developed a leak. Now that the level is back between the 2 notches, no leak. So where should the level read?
