... the only thing that has to be changed to install the Hella E-Code H-4s
is to change the plugs at the end of the wiring harness since the H4 bulb
has different connector spade pattern... cut and splice 3 wires for each
plug... not a big deal

I have my Hella E-code H4s but I haven't yet installed them because the
stock wiring to the headlights in the van seems to be a much thicker gauge
than the wiring on the H4 connector plug that I bought.

Or is there a way to avoid cutting the stock wiring??  I'm afraid it will
bite back!!
