If we are going to nic-pik about how dirities PVs are
to produce (and then dispose of) one must also remember
that you are weighing this against the van running at
it's worst - 15 minutes while cold is just enough time
for it to warm up at idle and the cat is not going to
kick in in that time. Maybe someone will rework the way
PVs are plated...
