Good morning Listees,
I find myself nearly moved to tears
by the overwhelming kindness & caring
of the members of this List!
I have survived the rainy night with the power
shut off & no electrical fires in my cottage walls.
I am making brewing strong coffee & bucking
up for a serious recon of my electrical panel &
upstairs junction boxes, armed with, probably,
more infothan I know what to do with.

Many thanks, again, to all of you electricians
on the List for taking the time to so lovingly email
carefully detailed suggestions re my dead circuit.
This does mean, however, that I will finally have to
make my peace with the voltmeter which has been
boxed & unused for years & which I find a singularly
intimidating piece of gear.
What a swell bunch of guys!
XOXOXO
Phaedra
