I just found Inches of pressure to Bars conversion (under the http://www.unitwiz.com/index.html "pressure" sidebar). But are we talking 11 inches of WATER or 11 inches of MERCURY to run the Westy fridge??? I assume water as that is what all of the posts in the archives talk about.
