Today's puzzler: Below about 20 degrees F, my '88 refuses to start. The starter does not engage, either no sound or just a click when the key is turned. Above 20, all is well. The battery indicates full charge. The neutral switch is affected by the ambient temperature? Thanks, Larry Hensley 88GL automatic
