If you're thinking of using it cold weather with the top down, then you only
need to insulate from the forward part of the folded bed to the front of the
pop top.

But if you are thinking of using it in cold weather with the top up, then
you have a bigger problem than the fiberglass top.... the bigger problem for
loosing heat would be the tent.
