Hey there everybody! and thanks (in advance) for any help you can think of... I've tried searching the archives, but cannot get a response... I'm going through the "Headlights won't work" problem that I know has been discussed... 87 GL Vanagon They seem to turn on and off occasionally when hitting bumps...I can also yank on the wires that run from one headlight to the other and can turn them back on when they go off. More yanking on the drivers side is needed, but the passenger side light has slight humidity inside the glass. (?) Both lights work fine (when they work) as do the brights. When they go off, my bright lights indicator turns on. Parking lights work fine as do turn signals. So far, I've been getting around this way, but it is getting to be a pain, jumping out of my car at intersections and yanking on the wires! I've got the whole thing apart today, headlights out, fuse panel and headlight switch are all exposed in my search... Really don't want to go through all those wires looking for a short...yeow! If anyone is out there today or tommorrow that has any ideas...PLEASE fire me off an email...I'd like to get back on my feet today... Man...having you guys out there is like having an great big extra BRAIN!!! Thanks so much!
