Ahh.... I see. I was a bit confused. I'm wondering about the European Spec WBX engine. Would it be feasible to bring our US WBX's up to this spec? -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com]On Behalf Of Ty Graham Sent: Friday, December 08, 2000 10:29 AM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Re: Eurospec egines? The Eurospec engine mentioned in Grant's post is an inline 4 conversion sold by Eurospec until about a year ago. Approximately equivalent to the tiico conversions available now. These are well covered in the archives. Euro spec motors are a different subject entirely. Per or one of the other Euro members would have to fill in those blanks. Okay, so this has been bugging me for a bit. What exactly is a Eurospec engine? What are the differences? I'd like to compare the pluses and minuses between a US spec and a Euro. Any ideas?
