Volks Cafe in Santa Cruz has some Mercedes wheels made for the Vanagon equiped with Agilis 51 tires and everything you need to put them on all for 1000 dollars. The tires are 205 65 R 15 C rated at 1875 for single tire. The wheels are made in Italy. Personally though, I saw a Synchro with these wheels on after seeing them in the show room, and I don't really care for them on the Vanagon. Just my opinion though. Think I'd rather have the Rhein wheels. (the syncho had different tires on, bigger and meatier). >From: Brian Cirulnick <techrat@VM.COM> >Reply-To: Brian Cirulnick <techrat@VM.COM> >To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM >Subject: Mercedes Rims -- 112mm 5bolt pattern? >Date: Tue, 19 Dec 2000 16:55:21 -0500 > >Howdy List! > >I'm tired of my standard 14inch steel rims with their tinker-toy 185R14 >tires.
