Hi Guys,
I have a '78 Weekender that I am selling.  I can't make the wipers move.  The bus was standing for years and maybe that has something to do with it.  I did wiggle the ground wire but it still blows the fuse.  Is there anyone who can help with this ancestor of the Vanagon?
