All right folks, you'll find here the answer to my question about the
hardlock problem. Just follow the step below. Now i can run ETKA on win2k .

this is what worked for me:

from the CD, in the EPC_PROG.W95 folder,
copy the following files
LEXHDL5.DLL
LEXHDLL5.DLL
to the following folder on your disk
EPC_PROG

that fixed my hardlock problem, both on win98 and win2k.
