I hope nobody has tried these lights, those blue bulbs have to be the most annoying thing to have to look at. When somebody with these blue bulbs is coming towards you the glare is really bad and all this just to look like you have an expensive car. I may sound insane but I personally hope that the High Intesity Discharge lamps on some newwer cars become illegal. They, in my opinion, cause alot of glare and annoyance to other drivers who have to see them in on coming traffick and I have heard others say the same thing. Also, most, if not all, of these bulbs are made to look like HID bulbs and really are halogen bulbs with a blue filter coating on them. Most importantly, and most of the places that sell them don't tell you, is these bulbs are illegal on highway vehicles. The packages I've seen always say in small type " For offroad use only" Dave ^Anyone out there try this bulb for there Vanagon? ^PLASMA BLUE HID HEADLIGHTS 86-92 VW VANAGON
