I produced a step-by-step check of the Dynamic oil pressure warning
system a while back but there was very little List interest, even though
this system is known for (nerve wracking)false warnings. Although I
submitted it, I don't believe it was ever included in the tech tips at
Vanagon.com. The procedure uses simple voltmeter yes-no readings and
lists possible causes. If you're interested I can send it to you as an
email attachment(if I can find it).
