The power steering on ol' Phred feels like it's fading fast.  Symptons
include, getting tougher to turn the steering wheel, wheels not returning
to center without help, notchy/klunky feel to steering action.

Tire pressure is good, there is no P/S fluid dripping or spraying anywhere
I can see, the belt is attached to the p/s pump, fluid level is good, if a
bit high.

Anyone care to venture some suggestions?
