Subject:Head Leaks

I have been reading about all the head gasket leaks on water cooled gas
engines do the same faults apply to the diesel motor. I am not clear as to
whether it has the same cooling system. By the way does anyone have water
hoses breakdowns for the 1982 Vanagon and maybe a crossover list :).
