The Sharan is available with the VR6 engine too.

I seem to remember reading (this was back when the model was about to be
released) that Ford's only real input was the Ford badges.

You reckon it's ugly? The "Eurovan" is ugly, the Sharan, which is a wagon,
not a van, I reckon is quite good-looking, despite its bad reliability
record.
