In my case UPS also collected the 8% PST for the Ontario Government. They are
under no legal compulsion to do so - just coercion.

And the post office does NOT collect the 8% PST.

If I can keep just one Listmember from being ripped off by UPS, I won't feel so
bad about what they are doing to me. -Larry
