I bought a set of Rally driving/fog lights at a local walmart, they were a bit pricier then some of the other sets they have in stock, but came with everything I needed to wire them up including the switch and relays. I believe they were $44.97. the ones I bought are like the eyeball shaped lights, I needed them due to my eyesight, just to light up the area directly in front of the van to enable me to see the lines on the road a bit better. A lot of the fog light kits you can buy now adays come with everything you need.
