Thanks to all of you who have responded to my questions in the past.  You have been very helpful and informative.

Now I must again dip into the great well of knowledge represented by the members of this list.  I have placed three photos on my web site at the link below depicting two components of my 85 Westy wasserboxer that I need some help to identify.  
 
The first depicts a plastic manifold, just downstream of the air filter, that has cracked and should be replaced.  I need a name or part number for this component.

The second photo is of a device that might be part of a cruise control system... but for the fact that there are no buttons or switches at the driver's postion to activate it! (and no signs that any such controls have been removed)

Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
