After searching the archives I could not come up with an answer to my
problem. I experience a grinding noise whenever I shift into 3rd from both
2nd and 4th. This only happens when the van is warmed up. It doesn't happen
when cold; in fact it shifts very well when it is cold. The archives said
that shifting usually gets better as it warms up. I just had the tranny
filled with 80w90 synthetic gear oil. Could this be a possible syncros
problem???
