Does anyone have one of these?

I have my eye on one, and would like to know what it is worth. Seems to be
pretty solid, what should I look for in regards to the camper type
components working?

It has some sort of thermostat on the wall in the back and Behr A/c...

Any info on how to see if this stuff works would be appreciated......
