Greetings All, The red glow could be from raw fuel hitting the catalytic convertor. The raw fuel could be low fuel system pressure, or faulty long fuel pulse. Verify system pressure first. I feel that it is imperitive to connect a fuel pressure guage at the bleeder tee when diagnosing the fuel injection system. The symptoms can be confirmed or denied in a positve mannor. The Pressure Regulator can be restored to use by applying a pair of needle nose pliers over the return hose, watch the fuel pressure gauge, have an assistant cylcle the pump on via the ingiton switch to run postion, clamp the line until 50-75 psi is reached then release. Repeat 2 or 3 times. This may restore function to the pressure regulator. Sincerely, Mark Keller 91 Carat
