Can anyone tell me what the MAXIMUM allowable voltage DROP (not draw as I previously wrote) is between the battery and the starter in an '85 Vanagon and has anyone ever replaced their vented VW battery with a gel-cell battery and if so, what did you use and how has it worked out?
