I apologize to everybody AGAIN. I should have tried this on the 14" Syncro. Chris, It is the same as the Golfs. It is a 6 mm 12-pointer. Apparently the 16" Syncros not only have the bigger CV's, they also have bigger bolts. I tired it on both vehicles this time. BenT San Francisco
