They fit if you have a single-seat-middle-of-the-van pedestal.  There may be
another way but I know that VW sold the Westy with an additional seat on a
pedestal.  Pedestal bolts to tracks in the floor.  I took mine out and used
the seat to replace a worn out drivers seat.  I have a seat less pedestal
for sale.  I don't know it's value though.
