I've got an 86' GL and the coolant level in the refill tank seems to be low.
The expansion tank level is fine but there's no coolant in the refill tank.
Every time I bring it to a mechanic they say it's fine.  Needless to say,
the owners manuals says to keep between the max and min lines.  Who's right?
