> Any advice for removing the plastic twist pins that hold on the panel on > either vehicle would be really appreciated. what is needed is a special tool. it looks like a fork, but with only two tines, and a large gap between the two tines. the button is shaped like a V (with the button on top) if you view it from the side, but if you turn it 90 degrees it looks like a T. the trick is to slide the tool under the button head and get it straddle the T side. then you can pry up with out damaging the button or the cardboard/vinyl. you can make the tool out of one of those little Stanley 'pry bars' that is about 8 inches long. or find the tool in some of the Autozone or local auto parts stores ... the one they usually have will have to be filed out a little. two screwdrivers, side by side, can work but are harder to manage. good luck! joel
