Ive just dremeled out a couple rusty seams and applied
3 coats of POR-15 paint. It dries hard and shiny.
Problem is how do i get primer and paint to stick to
this stuff.
(Its too smooth)
I put bondo over a dent and it drys and pops right off
when scraped.

Next im applying seam panel adhesive.
