Vanagain sells a kit for replacing all the lines seals and gaskets on the
tank.  See http://www.vanagain.com/gastank1.htm for a complete list of the
parts needed and instructions for the job (there is more to the gas tank
than you think).  I think the kit sells for about $55.  There is also a
How-to on the vanagon.com ftp site (go to message lists/vanagon file
archives/technical/how-to) that explains the procedure.
