err I *think*...
I can look up the information at work..I've used it in reports along with FR
49 part 25 and all the DIN, SO (which is Technical Standard Order) and FAA,
BS (which stands for solid nitrogenous bovine excrement)
 It's a "governing body" of some sort..WHO they are and WHERE they are and
WHO died and left them boss,? Not a clue..
